Dr. Nguyen, M.D.
Dr. Nguyen lives in Austin, Texas and his passion is making sure kids are equipped with the tools to glow in a very challenging environment. He has been practicing medicine for over 10 years in both general practice and urgent care. During that time he has become proficient in both well visits and also treating various injuries/illnesses. Not to mention with a steady set of hands and a keen eye for detail; he can do laceration repairs in his sleep! Beyond a day in the life of a pediatrician; it’s all about running, photography, and cooking.

With nearly 10 years of experience as a dedicated pediatric Physician Assistant, I am passionate about providing comprehensive care to children of all ages. While I enjoy all aspects of pediatric medicine, I have a particular interest in caring for newborns and adolescents, helping guide families through these important developmental stages. My approach to pediatric care focuses on building long-term, trusting relationships with both my patients and their families.
When I’m not at the clinic, I love spending time with my 8-year-old son, Harrison, as well as our beloved pets—Rosey, our playful dog, and KittyBop, our curious cat. I look forward to continuing to serve our community and being a part of your child’s healthcare journey.

Hi, my name is Morgan, and I’m excited to join the Glowworm Pediatrics family as your Front Desk Receptionist. I have a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a minor in Management, and my background in healthcare administration and patient coordination has fueled my passion for creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for every family we serve. I am currently working toward becoming a Certified Medical Coder and plan to pursue my Master’s degree in Health Information Technology. Outside of education and work, I love spending time with my fiancé, Dalton, our dog Magic, and our cat Klaus. I’m a huge UFC fan, enjoy playing video games on my PC, and love getting creative with different crafts in my free time.

Hi guys! My name is Gem Pham, and I’m so excited to be here at Glowworm Pediatrics. I am currently enrolled in ACC’s radiology program and pursuing to go into sonography in the near future! Outside of work I’m caffeinated, watering my plants at 2am, and spending time with my three fur baby’s; Diesel (Anatolian Pyrenees), Sylvi (Labradoodle) and my rambunctious fluffy cat, Sushi.
