The mandatory Newborn Screening is performed when your baby is between 7 to 14 days old, as required by state regulations. This screening helps detect rare but serious health conditions early, when treatment can be most effective. Testing unfortunately can clot or fail; repeat testing may be required.
Vaccine Administration: + $13.75/EACH

VACCINE VISIT: $30.00 + $13.75/EACH VACCINE
You must be an established patient as we are not a vaccine only clinic.

SICK VISITS: $130 (does not include any in-office testing)

In-office Testing:
Rapid Strep Test: + $25

Rapid Flu/COVID combo Test: + $40
Rapid Urinalysis (This is not a urine culture): + $25

Random Glucose Blood Testing: + $10
Stool Fecal Occult Testing: + $10
In-house Tuberculosis (PPD) Placement and Reading: + $25

Ceftriaxone (Rocephin) Antibiotic Injection (Multiple treatments may be needed): + $60/EACH
Splinting: + $50/EACH
Nebulizer Treatment (Multiple treatments may be needed): + $30/EACH
Silver Nitrate for Umbilical Concerns: + $10
Laceration Repair: + $80
Staple placement: + $40
Staple removal: + $20
Dermabond laceration closure: + $30

Please note that any blood/lab work drawn at our facility and sent to an outside laboratory is billed directly by that laboratory. We are not affiliated with their billing process and do not manage or collect payment for these services. Parents/guardians are responsible for any charges incurred from the laboratory. For questions regarding lab bills, please contact the lab directly.
