STEP 1: IMPORTANT OFFICE INFORMATION

Late Arrivals: To ensure that each patient receives the care and attention they deserve, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule for a later date. Arriving late places adds unnecessary stress on our providers and staff and disrupts the flow of care for other scheduled patients.
Walk-ins are NOT accepted 1 hour prior to closing. For those arriving prior; we will attempt to accommodate you; please be mindful that is it preferred that you schedule an appointment and understand at times there may not be any availabilities.
Please familiarize yourself on our office policies.
For annual/ well child checks, ensure the visit matches their intended age.
For multiple children, please call ahead; at this time we prefer to accommodate two at a time.
